Our Qualified Mental Health Professionals provide goal-directed training to enable individuals to achieve and maintain community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment.
~Must be 18 years and older.
~Individuals must have an Axis I diagnosis or dual diagnosis (Axis I and Axis II) resulting in significant functional impairments in major life activities.
Additionally, individuals must meet at least two of the following criteria:
- Difficult in establishing or maintaining normal interpersonal relationships to such a degree that they are at risk of hospitalization, homelessness, or isolation from social supports.
- Exhibits inappropriate behavior that interventions by mental health services, social services, or the judicial system.
- Difficulty in recognizing personal danger or recognizing significantly inappropriate social behavior.
